We went here for a repair on the switch for our 25±year-old floor lamp. We had our lamp switch replaced and the lamp back in our hands in less than a week (we took it in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and actually got a call back saying it was ready for pick up that Saturday… so we could have had it back in just a couple of days if we didn’t have to wait until Monday to pick it up because we’d gone out of town to visit family over the weekend). I also noticed that they had a decent supply of lamps in various styles for sale while we were in there. Local biz, good service… what’s not to like?

I went to Lampcraft to have a lamp switch repaired — it needed a new plastic knob. I was expecting to pay about 5 or 6 dollars. However, the very kind sales person repaired it for free… And that is what I call good old fashion service.
In addition to lamp repairs, Lampcraft sells light fixture (indoor and outdoor), ceiling fans, table lamps, floor lamps, lamp shades, and accessories. The selection is amazing.
Due to the very generous act by the sales person, I will be back and recommend Lampcraft to all my friends and family! SHOP LOCAL!
