Horrible customer service. This company is impossible to get in touch with. Very difficult to get confirmation on a moving date & cancelled 6 hours before move time. Do not buy any coupons or groupons for this company. Waste of money.

Do Not Use This People No Matter What!!! We bought their groupon for cleaning services and it almost seemed like a sham. They complained that the basement floor was too hard to clean and wanted a hundred dollars more. We couldn’t afford to pay the extra 100 so they asked for an extra fifty instead(This is plus what we paid for the groupon by the way), and we paid them but then they stopped cleaning all together and left even though we had already paid them. Majority of the house was left uncleaned. They didn’t even touch the kitchen or the stairs, and only partially cleaned one of the bathrooms. So not only did they cheat us, we had a horrible experience with them.

I set up my move with Michael the manager to move the contents of a 10 X 71⁄2 Storage unit to an apartment about 15 miles away. The move was ******VERYDISAPPOINTING******* I don’t know where Michael gets his help from but it was clear from my experience with them that they were not professional movers. They arrived on time but I had to let them in the gate because they could not locate the«keypad». There were three men with a 17 foot truck and they worked fast but I would have preferred it if they had slowed down and been more careful with my belongings. When they were finished loading the truck they followed me to the apartment but I had to stop and wait for them to go into McDonald’s to use the restrooms and get food. Once we got to the apartment they began to unload the truck. Since there were three of them it went very quickly and they were done in 2 ½ hours total. It was very rushed and seemed like they just wanted to «get it done». One of the movers made me sign off on paperwork that none of my belongings were damaged without even letting me look over my stuff first. They just stacked all the boxes in my living room and didn’t ask me where I wanted certain items such as the microwave which should have gone in the kitchen(it was on the very bottom in the back of the stack). Many of the boxes/items had holes poked in them and were scratched up. It was obvious that they didn’t use care or caution when handling my things. My box spring had a hole poked in it and the fabric was torn. I had purchased a voucher through Amazon Local for two hours of moving, two men and a truck. So I asked them how much I owed them for the extra time and they told me I owed for ½ hour and it was $ 37.50. So I gave them $ 40. About 10 minutes after leaving they called me up and told me that they had made a mistake about the overage time. They said I owed them for 1& ½ hours not a half an hour and I needed to come and meet them to give them the extra money. I began to drive in that direction but thought I should call Michael and ask him to clarify how many hours the voucher was for. Michael told me that I didn’t owe any more money and I had paid them correctly. I went back to where they were and gave them a $ 20 tip because I somehow felt that they thought I didn’t pay them enough for their services. I could not believe they would square up with me and then have the audacity to tell me it was wrong and I owed them more money. It just soured the whole deal and felt like they were trying to get more money out of me. I was too nice to them and took advantage of me. They didn’t return the unused rope that I had purchased for the move which I would have liked to get back. I would NEVER use this mover again and I would advise others not to as well.
