Sabrage

I will never go back to this place. Not only did I have a horrible experience with the staff, who subsequently increased the tip that I originally gave them, but I also have a massive bruise on my arm from the bouncers. The bouncer did not like something that I said (did not have any other interactions with the bouncers that night), so he proceeded to physically escort me from the building. I have never experienced anything like this before.

I am surprised about the negative reviews I find as I write this, and the lack of anything positive.
Two weekends back we brought the crew to celebrate a friends birthday.
Partied to close. We had an awesome time. Didn’t get falling down drunk, didn’t get thrown out, wasn’t disrespected by anyone there. It was fun.
Yes, this cool lounge is not cheap. But on the plus side, the music was great, was good to dance, and not overpowering. The crowd was nice, met some others also celebrating one thing or another. And Frankie did an awesome job to keep our thirst quenched.

And to top everything else, the place was not packed wall to wall with drunk people trying to get their groove on, so there was room to breath, a very nice attribute for RO these days.

What a joke. Super expensive cover– super weird ambiance and one of the most expensive places for drinks in town. Not a sit down and talk place at all– more like mini club scene with unoccupied private booths.

What a horible pretentious place. I called about setting up a booth for my wife’s birthday party. I was asked for 1000 dollars for 3 bottles and nothing less. I thought it incredibly overpriced and silly to demand a grand and demand 3 bottles be purchased. I’ve partied all over the country and the world and I’ve never heard of such a thing. Althought not happy, my large party proceeded to spend their money at the bar anyways. Not 30 minutes into it I watched a guy, which I assumed to be the owner, send the bouncer over to coral and move my group away from the bar. WHERE WE WERE CLEARLY SPENDING MONEY !!! It was so incredibly embarrasing. I and my wife invited all of our friends and coworkers to such a disrespectfull esrablishemnt! We are all in our 30s or above. We all have successful careers and we all make and have money to spend acoordingly. I say that not to sound as pretentious as this place seems to be but to explain that we are ready to spend money when and where ever we go. Instead, we were treated so poorly that everyone in my party walked across the street and gladly spent our money at one of the other well established bars .
What a silly thing to do to a large group of sucessfull patrons.
None of us are coming back. And if the name of this silly place ever comes up in conversation I will make sure to steer everyone away.
I should mention: I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. I know that there are good businesses and bad businesses. There are good and bad experiences depending on time, place and specific circumstances. But this place gave me the most horrible off impressions. Bad enough for me to review in on here and on another website at 4 am. I’m baffled how businesses think they can operate like this and treat people in this fashion when they can be reviewed instantly on a website like this.
I wish them luck and I hope they learn from this otherwise they will not be around for long.
