Woodsman Services was prompt to respond and provide an estimate, however both times I spoke with the individual on the phone, he was very condescending and short with me. Instead of answering my questions in a professional manner, he answered them as though I was irritating him for asking the question. After being spoken down to for the second time, I decided this is not someone I am willing to do business with.

I have ordered seasoned firewood twice from Woodsman Services, once last season, and once this season, and I am very happy with both the customer service and the quality of the wood. When I called this year, I was asking for delivery on short notice, and they were able to accommodate me. Two family members have used them for tree trimming/​removal and they were also very happy. Their prices are very competitive, and I highly recommend them.

I was calling around for firewood and Woodsman’s number came up on Google. I called and spoke to the owner, Mike, who set me up with a face cord of seasoned wood for $ 100 delivered, locally. One of the more affordable options around I found most landscape yards closer to the $ 140 mark. Mike had my cord delivered while I was at work and I just left the money in a location we agreed on. The amount of wood was fair for the price but it wasn’t a true true face cord (16″ x 4′ x 8′) as a lot of the logs were on the short side. That said, the transaction was seamless and I appreciated the quick delivery. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I was miles away when my neighbor called me to report a giant branch had fallen, blocking the sidewalk. I called Woodsman and they came out immediately and took care of the situation. Based on my initial experience with them I plan on being a repeat customer. They were quick, professional and very reasonable. What more could you ask for?
