I hired Chris to help with my website SEO. Chris was very knowledgeable of SEO, and stayed up to date with the algorithm changes. Living in a different state, Chris was able to keep the line of communication open. I could email him late at night and receive and email the next morning. At times I would receive a response as soon as I pressed send.
I am still waiting to see how the work we put in changes my SEO rankings with Google. That is my only reasoning for giving a four.

I hired Chris Stocker to do my website and SEO upon completion. When we terminated the arrangement Mr. Stocker agreed to pay me back the money I had paid for completed SEO ($ 1200.) He has failed to pay this money even though he agrees that he never completed the site to my satisfaction.
He has now told me he is going into bankruptcy. He has continually lied to me about finishing this product. His work is basic, unartistic, and he shows zero knowledge in trying to meet the client’s needs.
That is why I fired him.
