Walked in the door and stood by the counter, took the three guys seven minutes to even acknowledge me. Finally when ordered service seemed like they were annoyed and it was bothersome to order a sandwich. I understand it’s a holiday but I’m working also and on lunch! Will try again at a different location maybe.

I never ate at Firehouse Subs, only my brother. So we went here and we got a ‘Steak and Cheese’ sandwitch. From once you order to get out the door its around 4 — 10 minutes depending if there is a line. Food was great and service was fast. I will be eating at Firehouse Subs for food more often. Tip: You can pay with ‘Apple Pay or Android Pay’ if you don’t want to take out your wallet.

Firehouse has great subs. This particular location is horrible. The staff is rude and does not follow proper guidelines. I ordered a sub there once online and after the twenty minute drive they had not even begun to make it. When the last finally did start making the sub she was coughing repeatedly while wiping her mouth on the sleeve of her shirt and continuing to make subs. I’ve never been so grossed out. Take the extra drive and go to a different location.

Straight from the microwave and into your mouth. That is exactly what my sub tasted like. This was my first time returning in 10 years(I’m a Publix sub fan) so I was excited to try this place all over again. I ordered the 6 inch meatball sub. Watching the woman making my sub put me off my meal to begin with: I saw her holding this leaky, drippy, plastic bag full of pre-frozen soggy meatballs(disgusting!). Than my bread bun was steamed(very weird); The marinara sauce had no flavor; The cheese tasted like it was steamed far too many times. All in all, I would say my sub was very disappointing. It tasted like it was a gas-station sandwich. No thanks. I threw it straight into the trash. The pickle that came with my sandwich was more satisfying. I definitely will not be returning.

I had never eaten here but wanted to check it out. Ordered online, which was easy, and pick up service was fast and friendly. I got the Philly sub and it was AWESOME. Hot, lots of quality meat and cheese. Worth the extra money

Food is great… speed of service not so much! I wouldn’t expect to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich when there are few people inside. But what I did observe I guarantee the proprietor of this location would not be happy… I watched a girl clock out, then take a bag of chips and a handful of cookies on her way out. Interesting.

Sweet and Spicy Meatball, Hook & Ladder, and Italian for the win. Love all the choices of hot sauces. The pickles are great! Coca Cola Freestyle Machine for great selection of beverages. Staff is always friendly and greets you as you walk in. Welcome to Firehouse!

Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time this evening. We had a coupon for a meal deal so we figured we’d give it a try. I got 2 of the hot meatball subs to-go. They were nice and hot, not too much sauce(as requested) and the larges are HUGE. The soda machine is really cool with tons of options. We ate the subs at home and it was pretty good. Not as good as some of the Italian restaurants make them but worth the trip. Now that I have their menu we can try some different things. Will definitely go back again.

Best service and best subs in the area. I cannot live without their roast beef sub!

Always have, always will love me some Firehouse subs. Hook and Ladder and New York Steamer are two of my favs. If you are a hot sauce kinda person, they have it all for you to try and buy. I will say when we went in they were super busy, it was lunch time on a Sat, so it took a long time to make our subs, but it was well worth the wait.

Went back today and the sandwich was marginally better but still way too soggy! The employees here are great and I REALLY want to like this place but they need to do a better job with the food prep.

A relative brought Firehouse Subs home for lunch today, a sub shop I have never heard of and doesn’t exist in St. Louis yet. It was great, I had half of a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and half Firehouse«Hero» Sub. Both of these were great. There was a lot of meat on both of them. The only problem I have with Firehouse Subs is that there is not one in St. Louis, MO
