Medexpress Urgent Care

First time I went here was for a pre-​employment physical. I was really impressed with the facility and the staff who I had the pleasure of dealing with. The front desk staff was friendly, quick and efficient and the nurse practitioner who I did the testing with really knew her stuff and was very thorough.
Today’s visit was just as impressive, even though I felt like hell. Front desk staff checked me in quickly and the triage nurse called me back to a room before I could even sit in the waiting room. The Dr was in to see me within a minute or two of the triage nurse leaving. The Dr addressed all of my concerns and showed genuine care with my issues. I was in and out, with prescriptions and all, in less than an hour.
This location is on point and I appreciate their staff and genuine care. I have to drive a few miles past md now to get here but will do it every time to get the appropriate treatment and care I think me and my family deserve.

Great care I just received today by their staff. I sprained/​have a contusion on my right hand. Right when I walked in to right when I left, the staff was su friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Being rather accident prone, I have visited several urgent care clinics around the area and I can say that hands down, this one is the best. Luz at the front desk is friendly and efficient. The nurses were great and honestly, more capable than at my primary care doctor’s office. Dr. Nezowitz was WONDERFUL! Kind, knowledgable and patient with a great demeanor. He completely impressed me with his bedside manners. Other urgent care doctors made me feel like maybe they did their medical school at University of Phoenix, but not this guy! The best part was that from walking in the door to walking out, prescriptions in hand, it took less than an hour. I live in Palm Beach Gardens but would drive all the way out to go here again. Which with my history of self-​injuries, will probably be sooner than later.

I am always impressed with the quality of care offered at this clinic. The practitioners always take time to listen and answer my questions. Now, they even offer the convenience of being able to purchase certain prescriptions on-​site. Their service sure beats the emergency room for other than life-​or-​death critical care!
