Park Aire Apartments

Being a picky tenant I am happy to say this is one of the better places I have lived and I have been in many different complexes and condo’s. The plus’s, the office seems to care when there is an issue and take action. The units are new and upgraded. If your neighbors are courteous any noises should not be much of a bother. I am certain if you get unlucky to have loud residence, the office will do the best to take action. There are at least 3 police officers with their cars that live here and one is in my building so I am very pleased however I fee very safe anyways. It is close to everything I need within 3 miles, that is to me a savings in itself. Is the rent high, yes but I would rather pay a bit more and feel more happy. Hopefully the neighborhood and newer neighbors will be respectful.
My complaint would be slamming of doors-​it is obvious nobody in my building ever snuck in or out of the house in their day. I am not a fan of larger dogs and they do allow those here. Overall, this is a very nice place to be and I LOVE BEING HOME.

If you want to be nickelled and dimed with ridiculous fees this is the place to live. My walls were so thin, the noise was intolerable. The dog park and grounds were almost always full of feces. The apts are nice to visit but I wouldn’t want to live there. Now they are charging me to replace the carpet twice– I do not recommend this place. Ask up front what all of their fees are going to be– including the $ 60 waterbill & $ 20 monthly trash fee & insurance most other apts don’t charge.

This new community is beautiful.
Their amenities are great and mostly unused, so if you do choose to use the pool, or fitness center, or clubhouse… you may not even see any of your neighbors :(

— Pool/​Fitness center/​Fire-​pit/​& grill area are open until 11pm every night. (Which is awesome!) the people who work in the office are so polite and easy to talk to, it’s amazing! Maintenance requests are taken-​care of expeditiously and they are very respectful of your privacy and personal space. Me, my mom & my brother are the very first lessees to rent here, and since our move-​in day on October 13^th, 2013, we have been nothing short of pleased in our new home. Now, all I want to do is get to know my neighbors better!!! Reach Out!
