Publix

Went online to publix and placed an order yesterday for 2 sandwich platter and pickup time was 5: Pm today, News years eve. Went to pick it up at 5 at the deli. I grabbed a number (98) they were on number 80 which didn’t seem to change. Other people were walking up to counter and placing orders so Then I asked a man working there where I was suppose to go for the platter and was told to stand inline. But when the girl behind the counter finally got done with the lady I Asked where can I pick up my platter. It’s 530 now waiting in line for half an hour she told me I had to wait for somebody to come help she’s busy. I complained to one of the managers and he sent a nice man to go get my platters. I thought when you order something at 5 o’clock you should be able to pick it up instead of standing around for 40 minutes waiting for it. I am very disappointed in Publix. To top it all off they did not put the platters in a box I put it in my car the bottom tray broke I got all over my car seat, very weak platter.

There always clean I’ve never run into a problem Everyone behind the counter and the cash registers are always kind And ready to help.

Love their unique 5 grain Italian bread, salsalito turkey, hot wings & croissants!
Bakery is a 4 star though. Cakes are tasty & expensive for them not to look exactly like the photos =\
