I had taken my car to Tire Kingdom for an oil change and was told I needed a $ 1,500 repair for a washer that needed to be replaced. Naturally I inquired as to why that would be so costly and was told due to the labor. I said nope… so the mechanic suggested I meet with him an anothet mechanic outside the shop to make a deal. I said nope. I went to a diffrrent shop where it was discovered that the radiator hose was broken. It cost me $ 156 to repair. Now I can’t say with one hundred percent certainty that they broke the hose, but I think they did.

This is the first location that I actually trust and I know upon entering that I will be treated with respect in a world that this just does not happen anymore. I would highly recommend this location for more than just tires. Call to compare costs with other places to ensure you are not paying more.

I was a loyal customer. I drive alot so I need an oil change at least once a month. My year old car needed tires.(keep in mind the tire pressure sensor thing was fine and the light was not on) I bought tires and had them installed. Guess what now my tire señor light is on so I take it back. They say because its a new car they don’t have the proper tool to reset it and send me to another Tire Kingdom who tries to reset it but then tells me the señor is bad. EXCUSEME it was fine when I took it to get the tires. I speak to the manager, Ariel, he tells me he will get a new señor and will fix it.(this was months ago… still waiting) Right after the tire thing I took my work truck in to have an oil change. They rotate the tires when you get an oil change,. The next day the hub cap flew off.(Hmmm coincidence… I think not) Again, I speak to Ariel who tells me he will replace it… Again…Still waiting. Needless to say they have lost a customer. this crap is unbelievable. Maybe they should hire people who actually know what they are doing…

I was visiting my parents and my Dad(who has dementia) wanted to get his SUV checked out as it was making a noise. Anyway, I went with my Dad and told the service adviser that he has dementia and not to upsell him on anything. Being a Manager of an automotive repair facility in Colorado, I know how this usually goes with most places. Long story short, they tried to upsell him on $ 1000 worth of crap that he didn’t need. Luckily, I was there to tell them«no». Even after letting them know his diagnosis, instead of being up front and honest, they tried to screw him. Pretty sad… and unfortunate for this location as there are repair facilities on every street corner in South Florida. Take my advice, go elsewhere.

They clearly do not know how to do an oil service over tightening bolts. They lost my oil pan gasket, then thought it was a good idea to put sealant over the bolt. They lost 4 screws to my guard under my engine bay. I do my own oil services now due to this.

So long story short, I brought my brand new truck in for a tire and rim install. After spending and obnoxious amount of money to have this job done the tire place refuses to balance my tires because they would have to lose out on some extra weights for my wheels. This place is very cheap and won’t cut you any breaks. So after the whole incident I was told to come back and they would promise to make it up to me so I did. Walking in to get a wheel alignment I ask for the same guy I spoke to last and he recognizes me and I ask him how much for a wheel alignment after all you owe me from last time. «oh I’ll take 10% off. It’ll be 90 bucks. 90 bucks! Are you out of your mind! Where do you get off charging that? For 15 minutes worth of work? So I called up another tire kingdom and they said they do the alignment for 60 bucks. So this store can kiss my ass and keep their money I won’t ever spend a dime here again.
