Wendy’s

One of the worst locations, I’ve ever been to. The drive thru operator was very rude and unpleasant. Along with sounding like I was disrupting her day by being there, she made me wait while finishing her text on her phone when I went to pay. Keep in mind also– that I was the only car there at 6 pm on a Sunday. I now refuse to go to this location.

Oh my, what a horrible experience I just had here! I drove up to order at the speaker and was not greeted for over 5 minutes. I finally said hello, and was told to «go ahead with my order». No apology. I recited my order and then there was silence again. I drove to the front window and waited another five minutes as the workers walked back and forth and did not approach me at the window. Finally a girl came to the window and said «$ 6.34». Seriously. I asked for her manager, who said the car before me left without paying and she was voiding the transaction, which is why she did not greet me to take my order. No apology. I am so appalled at the lack of customer service. But then again, it WAS Wendy’s. What should I expect? Anyway, the one on southern and crest wood is better.

I come here every time I’m around this location best time to come around is at 1:45pm it’s not that busy. Very peaceful too eat and relax before I keep shopping till I drop.

This area is not my usual stomping grounds but I was hungry and needed a quick snack so I stopped in. The outside of the building was completely re done but it didn’t stop there. The inside was also upgraded with seating, high tech soda fountains, and digital fire place with comfy couches. It was like the Jetsons!
Cleary Wendy’s is re branding and trying to make it more than just a fast food experience. I don’t know if I would select Wendy’s for a business meeting/​coffee but they have Wifi and perhaps their trying to keep up with the Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks.
The service was friendly and the food was served hot and fast. Waiting to see if the re branding comes to my area.
