I am only speaking for Hot Yoga classes offered by Core Fit with Beth Mitchell. Beth is the best yoga instructor I’ve had by far. Her classes are playful and always different each time you attend. The hot yoga also gets your blood flowing, and you’ll find that you can strike some poses that you never thought were possible(trust me, I’m the least flexible person I know!) Additionally, I’m an avid runner and can rely on these classes as a good cross train.

Quick Review: Serious lack of consideration for participants safety This review is based on my brief experience taking zumba classes over summer of 2012. It does not review quality of instruction, but rather general safety. I purchased a groupon-type deal for zumba classes, and I started taking them over the summer. One day, during a heat wave when the temperatures were in the upper 90s, their air conditioner broke. It was out of commission well before the evening zumba class. Instead of canceling class, they held it as usual, indoors, with two weak fans. It was an incredibly dangerous environment to do cardio. When I went outside afterwards, the hot stuffy summer evening was cooler than the temperature inside! It was irresponsible of the owner to hold zumba classes in 90+ degree heat without air conditioning. After that experience, I stopped going there.
