love the Holiday pizza!!!

The order was to arrive between 1 – 1:10. I called at 1:21 and they said «sorry, guess it was never processed. We can have it out to you in 30 minutes unless you don’t want to wait.» I responded, «but I already paid for it via Grub Hub.» This place is ALWAYS hit or miss. I don’t think I want to gamble anymore; rather be guaranteed hot food when they say it’s going to be here.

Holy cow — best (BEST!) buffalo chicken specialty pizza we’ve ever had! The cheeseburger hoagie is great too — and I enjoy their plain cheese pizza as well.

Ok, I’ve tried them 4 times now and for the last time. They have all be delivery orders, not sure if that has something to do with the lost of quality of food, but I doubt it.
Order regular fries, they tasted like the grease hasn’t been changed in a month. Other people like the loaded fires. Tried there Chicken tenders they were dry, Tried Buffalo Tender Salad what a joke, it was threw together and with sweet pepper who puts sweet pepper in a buffalo chicken salad.
You do not get your money worth on the any of the food.

Am very happy with this addition to Royersford. Quality shows. Delivery is on point, not had a mistake. Driver always friendly. And our food arrives hot and delicious. My favorites are the Holiday specialty pizza and cheese steak stromboli. Looking forward to trying new things, so far, consistently good.

I give this place 5 stars. Food is always great and fresh. Staff is always friendly and the food never takes long. I’ll definitely continue to give them business.

First time I ordered (about 3 weeks ago) everything went smoothly. Delivery was pretty fast, the order process was fine and the employees were friendly. The cheesesteaks and the wings we ordered were really good so we decided to place an order today. I placed an order for a med pizza and 8pc wings. They originally told us 25 mins for delivery and I thought that was pretty fast for it being snowy and icy on the roads. So we patiently and hungrily awaited. Our food didnt show up within the first hour (I live within 1.5 miles of this place) so I called to see what was going on. A lady answered and assured me that the driver was on the road and on their way. Ok. so I waited some more. I was fine waiting a little longer because I was a delivery driver before and I know how hectic things can get on a snowy day. Another 45 mins passes and I call in to cancel my order. Almost 2 hours for delivery with no call from the pizzeria or driver? I’ll take my business elsewhere. After calling to cancel, I was placed on hold briefly and the same lady came back and said that the driver was out and should be there any minute. I was hungry and kinda ticked so I said to still cancel it. They offered no apologies, no sympathy AND hung up on me! What kind of company hangs up on their customers?! Seems like the management has no heart for their customers. No longer than 1 min after calling in to cancel, the driver shows up. The driver then explained that he was the only driver and had a handful of deliveries before me. I asked why he didnt call to explain and his excuse was «well I called one place». I was the last delivery on that run. Dont you think it would be courteous to at least inform your last delivery that there was an extended wait time and he was on his way? But he didnt. Wings arrived hot. Not steamy but hot. The pizza arrived 5 degrees away from being cold. Being so hungry I said screw it and bought it anyways. The driver seemed to be put in a bad place between the short wait times they’re giving customers and the road conditions. He wasn’t to blame but a courteousy call would have been helpful. The management needs to get their act together because that’s a terrible way to treat a customer. They have good food when it’s hot but it doesn’t make up for their shitty management. I won’t be back anytime soon. Food is 4 star, service is 1. So average 2 stars.

I ordered the brick oven cheese pizza and didn’t like it at all however the fried ravioli was so good! I would order many orders of that.

Cheesesteak was great! Cheddar fries are fries with Cheez Wiz… very disappointing.

My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I ask they also throw on broccoli and it tastes just like an open faced ranch panini. It is very good and their service is always pleasant. They also have great delivery, always quick and the pizza is still hot.

Service is poor. Atmosphere is dull and not clean. Took 25 minutes for a grinder and cheese steak and then an additional 10 minutes for our fries. Positive note pizza is ok. Four people behind the counter just talking.
Wish a good place would show up here.

This place has changed a few hands. The previous owners I don’t think knew a good pizza if it had hit them in the tastebuds! The new owners at Dimitri’s however, seem to get it! It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life but, I do think in the Royersford/​Spring City/​Limerick area, it’s the best. Really good crust. The cheesesteaks are very good too. It’s now my local go to take out place!

I love this place! The pizza is out of this world and the staff is so personable and attentive. It’s definitely not just «another pizza shop».

Best pizza around! Since the new owners took over you can see the improvement of the quality of food. Everything is really clean which is always great to see. The staff is so friendly. Definitely my go to place

The stromboli is out of this world. Highly recommend it!
