First Rate Photo Booths

I purchased a photo booth deal for this business through Amazon local. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from this business. I have inquired about my event several times months prior to my wedding. More than once, I’ve had to follow up with my own emails because I did not hear a response for 1 – 2 weeks. I’ve asked to see proofs for the design I requested multiple times and it was not until the day AFTER the event that I was emailed my proof. I was also extremely disappointed that the date of our wedding was not centered on the photo strips. In the end, everyone had a great time at the wedding and the attendant for our wedding was very nice and professional… but I would not recommend this business to any brides.
I copy and pasted the same review I posted on Unilocal on their fb page to get some sort of response and they kindly responded but I don’t buy their excuse. As I said back to them, I understand emails get lost and businesses/​companies sometimes have trouble with their email server… but even though the email with the proof had shown as ‘sent’ on their end… one would think that they would resend the email if I was continuing to ask to see the proof and follow up with me. But nope.
Funny that they can’t own up to their mistakes. They now hide their company reviews on fb.
