KFC

There are never any cars in the parking lot. The workers are dirty, incompetent, and rude. The restaurant has really greasy floors, bugs, and they never clean the tables. The food is downright disgusting. I am never going to this KFC or maybe even another KFC ever again. Do not waste your time going to this place.

This is the worst KFC/​Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to, but not because of the food. The wait for an order through the drive-​through is usually extensive and they never have a working Freeze machine, so get it off the menu! The KFC food has always been good here, but the Taco Bell has made us ill on occasion. We only go here if it’s the last resort.

Unbelievably poor service. While I waited for an order that took over 30 minutes to place I saw several of the eat-in’s coming up to get something corrected on their order. I left after seeing hygiene issues: touching face, ears and handling food. And that’s the part you can see. 0 stars

Nasty. And one slick worker knew what he was doing when he gave us some of the hardest potatoes wedges in history. My 5 year old nephew couldn’t eat it at all. Trifling workers.

I ordered an chicken sandwich there about 7 years ago. I only got two chicken patties an a drink they screwed up my order I won’t go there no more. I can get fried chicken at Giant food store that’s cheaper or Go to Jerry’s chicken at Norco

I have had problems with orders being filled correctly/​unacceptable customer service at KFC in Royersford, PA over the years and stopped going there because of that. We tried again last night and were again disappointed. We ordered two three piece meals original recipe with dark meat — one with mac & cheese and coleslaw and the other with mashed potatoes/​gravy and corn for take out. When we got home, there was only 1 with a biscuit, and the sides were wrong. There were 3 coleslaws and 1 mac&cheese. The coleslaw was completely dry and tasted «off». We also recieved extra crispy for all of the chicken instead of regular recipe.
I called immediately and asked for the manager and she was beyond rude. When I explained what got, she replied with «So» «Not my problem»
That is a totally unacceptable response from management. I would be terminated for that type of behavior. Additionally, I dont feel that you should have to take your order completely apart to completely examine it before you exit the premises.

The Cashier was very rude, and impatience He didn’t greet you nor did he smile. But I had a good list of items to place, and he would not listen to what I requested. He in turn slowed down the process and created more impatience guests which started complaining about the waiting process. Which started makes everything worst. Also when we pick up the last of our order the cashier in the back ground stated «now leave». They couldn’t even get the order right, order 3 taco supremes but only 2 were supreme, also order fries never charged nor received. I will not be returning to this location. We have nothing but problems with this location. The location needs employees clean out, if they don’t like the job then leave. I went to this location as it was close to work, and didn’t want to have a stressful lunch. You go to restaurant to decompress not get stressed out.
I did call the number on the bottom of the receipt for Area Coach, I felt like I was blown off.
I’ve tried them several times over the years, and each time it gets worst.
