Lazer Limousine

My family and I use Lazer Limo to go on vacation twice a year. Each time, we receive the same, outstanding service that one would expect when they pay for a car service. My 20^th wedding anniversary is coming up next month and you can bet that I will be calling Lazer to drive my wife and I into the city. Such professional, courteous, and personable drivers!

Lazer left me and my ex-​wife at the airport with no ride.
So this is going back several years and maybe things have changed.
So here’s the story. Booked a roundtrip limo from my home to the airport and subsequent return trip on our arrival back in Philly.
The trip to the to the airport was fine. Clean limo, nice driver and he was on time.
The return trip was not so good. We arrived back in Philly around 2am (from Vegas). I expected to see the driver waiting at baggage claim, but no luck. I waited for about 15 minutes, and then started calling their office. I tried for an hour and finally called my father to come get us. In between that time, the manager called me back and told me «the driver forgot.» WTF!!!
Awesome. As a limo service you really only have three things to accomplish: Be on time. Provide a clean well maintained vehicle. Be courteous and friendly. When any of those three are not provided, why bother using the service.
I declined the mangers offer to pick me up that night as my father was on his way.
I went into their office the next day. While the manger apologized, no offer was made to win my business back. That is simply unacceptable. At the very least a discounted or free one way trip was in order. I would have probably declined it anyway. I rarely take advantage of those things, but the effort should have been made.
Since then, I’ve spent thousands on a car service. But not Lazer Limo.
