I was desperate to find a heating and air expert that didn’t show up late (or at all) then scratch their heads, charge me a ton and know very little. I searched and found Munro. Todd Munro (owner and operator) answered the phone, came over quickly and on time. Todd found the problem and fixed it. And… Drum roll please… Not expensive! No up sells, no scams, no clueless contractors. I’m free!!! Highly recommend this company. You won’t be sorry. 5 stars!!!

Our AC went out on Friday night (thank goodness the heat wave just broke.) I called and I spoke with Todd on Friday night and he said he could come out Saturday or Sunday. Sunday worked better for us so we scheduled the appointment for 10:15 and sure enough at 10:10 we had a knock on our door.
Todd was extremely professional and nice. He worked quickly and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. He even had the part on the truck. By 10:45 we had AC again and we were very grateful. I dont know what the going rate is for replacing the compressor on a Sunday but we weren’t stunned by the bill so i guess that’s a good thing. I would definitely recommend them.
