Thoroclean

I had thoroclean out to clean and microban our carpets and they turned out better then we expected. Ive had them cleaned in the past without microban and my carpets would smell like a wet dog but with the microban treatment it completely removed the doggie odor and my carpets are softer and seem fresher. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and made sure i was satisfied. i will definitely use thoroclean again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

I’ve had them out to my house for carpet cleaning twice. They were on time and complete the work quickly. 4 rooms in less then a hour. They were able to get almost all of the stains out that were in the carpet and made sure I checked the rooms before they left.
I reviewed them 4 stars because they always try to get you on the sanitizer and the scotch guard. Obviously high margin up sells for them. I don’t have pets and live alone so I have ever felt they were necessary. Staff was pretty insistent about it and I ended up adding the sanitizer. For $ 100 additional it cost just as much as the cleaning itself and the guy just wandered around with a pump sprayer and added the stuff. Definitely felt like I got gouged for that service, an extra $ 30 bucks maybe but double the price to add a little liquid sanitizer def not worth it. Next time I’ll just buy my own and pretreat before they come.
