Domino’s Pizza

I love this Dominos, I use their app and follow when my pizza is finished. I NEVER experienced a problem. They know what they are doing and do it well. GREAT customer service! The manager is wonderful!

This is the worst dominos I have ever been too. My bf and I ordered pizza around 1130 at night. We got it delivered and when they left I opened my bag with my soda (thinking it also had my blue cheese cup) and it didn’t. I called the store 5 times and no one would answer the phone. So j had to drive up there because I paid for it ya know? When I get here it says they are open till 1 and the carry out is locked. So I knock on the window and the driver that delivers my pizza opens it and says what do you want? I said do y’all not answer your phones? And he said we don’t have to after 12. We just take online orders. So I said I needed to speak with a manager. Collin let me in and proceeded to tell me they only take online orders and carry out is closed after 12. So I asked what happens when you get an online order after 12 and he says I cal them back we don’t accept it. He then told me he can’t do anything for me because he was pretty sure I got my whole order. I told him I wanted a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for and I get here and y’all are rude to me and don’t care about me. And Collin said so? Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. worst store I’ve ever been to.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences so far! I guess it really depends on who’s working the particular day you order! Sometimes the food is great, couldn’t be better! Other times I’ve ordered it seemed they rushed through it and although the taste is still fine, presentation should always be taken into consideration as well… I live about 6 mins driving distance (maybe less) yet it still takes 30 mins or so to get my food on any given day!

We are fairly new to RC and have placed orders with this Dominos several times. We have been extremely pleased with the delivery service we have received as well as the taste of our pizzas. Every delivery person has been so extremely nice and beyond pleasant to us — even welcoming us to Royse City when we moved here and telling us a bit of the history of RC. I am so pleased to know we have found a Dominos that tastes good, delivers hot pizzas and has very friendly staff.

Terrible terrible experience. This is twice now we’ve had issues with dominos in royse city. You might as well go to rockwall and get papa johns or be disappointed.

Customer service sucks. Even though I’m only about 10 minutes away they won’t deliver to my house. No big deal, I’ll just go pick it up. So I place my online order, and drive to the store. When I get there, at 10:40PM on a Saturday night the door is locked (website says carry out is open until 1AM). So I call the store from outside the front door, and the guy that answers tells me that carry out is closed. According to their website, it should not be, and I pointed this out to him. I also told him I had placed an online order. He asked my name and then said he hadn’t received the order, and there is nothing he could do to help me. So I wasted my time and didn’t even get the slightest bit of help from the staff who obviously didn’t care. I won’t waste my time trying to order here again, since they obviously don’t want my business.

The hot sandwiches and pasta are good. The one star is because last week ordered the 16 pieces of garlic parm bites and they fell out into the delivery persons bag all over the place and was not compensated. Next, ordered again and this time delivery person didn’t have the dipping sauce I paid extra to get. They are nice, but I want what I pay for. Not worth the aggravation.

Been going to Pizza Hut because it’s right down street from home, but thought I’d try Domino’s since they’re fairly new and I could order and pay online. (Good thing too, because they don’t answer their phone.)
Ordered 3 toppings, 2 meat and jalapenos. The meat was okay but I had to search for the peppers. Some pieces had no peppers, some had 1 or 2 pieces of pepper and that’s it. They must have been low on peppers or maybe she’s throwing the peppers at it from across the room. Their countertop looked like their topping bins exploded. There was pizza debris everywhere.
Other than the missing peppers, the pizza was good. But I think I’ll go back to Pizza Hut or Milanos. At least they aren’t stingy with the peppers.

Greasy, overcooked, not made-​to-​order. The first time I got pizza from these guys it was because they were having a grand opening $ 5 carry-​out special. I called to place an order for extra cheese and pepperoni hand-​tossed and although they told me it would be ready in 15 – 20 minutes, I had to wait a half hour when I showed up at the store 10 minutes after calling. When I got the pizza home and opened the box, it looked burnt and the cheese was dry. Even though I swore off Dominos then and there, last night my sister talked me into giving them one more shot. This time however I told them about my experience last time and warned them not to overcook it. Not only was it burnt, but the cheese was so greasy the pizza slices fell apart when we pulled them out. Gross! Never again!
