Sunny Side Up

Stopped for a sausage and biscuit one morning. Sausage tasted so bad, I threw it away. In my opinion, if a restaurant can’t cook up a sausage and biscuit correctly, it’s bad news!

This was suggested by a supervisor and she was right! It is wonderful home made food. The corn casserole is heaven. Let me warn you if you don’t like butter don’t go here! It’s a meat and two veggies deal. The fried chicken was moist and full of flavor. And the red potatoes were perfectly cooked, in butter, obviously! Lol. Many of the country cooking places we have been to use too much spices, salt. But the food here is not covered in salt, it just plain don’t need it. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. You have to pay attention or you will drive right by it. Don’t let the looks cool you it is totally worth the stop. We can’t wait for the weekend so we can try the breakfast. Oh! They only do lunch and break fast.
