I dropped my motorcycle off 06 June 2013. I called to notify them it was dropped off. They returned my call that day to say they would call me with an update after they had looked at it that afternoon or the following day. After not receiving a call by 3 pm the following afternoon, I called back and left a message asking for an update. An entire week passed with no response, so I called back 15 June 2013 and left a more irritated/urgent message requesting an immediate update. I still have not received a response. I have no idea what the condition of my bike is or whether they have even looked at it. Horrible customer service. Considering filing a complaint with the local police about possible theft.
