We were given CJ’s name and number through our Home Depot extended warranty plan. I called the technician and initially he seemed very nice. I explained everything to him regarding my non-functioning washer on Monday morning. He stated he would order the parts that afternoon. I called back Monday late afternoon — he still had not ordered the parts. My husband called to confirm the parts were ordered on Tuesday morning(as our planned appt was Friday). He became very upset and told my husband he should«never have accepted our job» and stated«he didn’t really feel like working 12-hour days». My husband canceled the job and we ended up paying out of pocket for our own technician. Very poor customer service, lack of respect toward the customer… I would never recommend this business. If I could give zero stars… I would have. They aren’t even deserving one one star.
