Possibly the best customer service we have ever received from any company– hands down. The manager Jamie was wonderfully helpful with accommodating a couple of our «special needs” — specifically prorating the unit for half of a month instead of charging us a whole month, and doing the same at the end of our storage unit lease. Also, she accepted in person an 18ft trailer delivered to the unit, (which we were loading up to be shipped cross country), and allowed it to stay there for 3 days. The price was right, and even with a hurricane blowing through one week, none of our belongings were water logged or damaged. Highly recommended!
