I read very good reviews about this company and decided to schedule initial appointment. At first, it was very easy to get in touch with Nelson, who came in very punctual and told me that he will send an estimate for the proposed work. I never received anything, never heard back, and unable to reach him or anyone else. Left a message with their 800 service and after about a week and a half, I am writing this review. Wish I got a straight answer, but unfortunately here I am. Looks like that is the common thing in this business. Posted same review on Google for completion, so as to let know this is not acceptable to do. Good luck!
