I’ve been thrilled — my lawn went from a weeded jungle to what looks like sod in 2 years of the program. Now I have the best lawn in the neighborhood!

I just started using this company and after two treatments they managed to kill our year old sod. I called to ask them for someone to come out and look at our lawn to figure out what was going on. They claim we have brown spot disease! The brown spots they are referring to are dirt and the only grass left is actually crab grass!!! I took into consideration our watering process but this company does not treat our backyard grass and it is still alive! When I just called them all they had to say was they will cancel future services and the manager will have to talk to me about remaining balance!!! This company is terrible, if you want your lawn to look nice don’t answer your door when they come knocking selling their stellar customer service «we are not happy until your lawn looks great blah blah blah»!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the service last year and called at the end of the season to let them know about it. I told them not to bother to come back as the lawn is in worse shape than anytime within the 7 years I have owned my home. I made it abundantly clear I was not satisfied and didn’t want them back.
Fast forward to mid-​March 2013. I come home to a note on my front door that they have treated the lawn, of course, this came with an invoice. I called the office, they denied any contact last Fall and said there was no record of any complaints.
Thee4 people should be out of business. Other complaints across the internet share similar stories to mine. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere for lawn services.

UPDATE:
I received a voice mail about an alleged service call. When I tried to call back 856−312−0480, I was put on hold, then prompted to leave a message. When I was transferred to the voicemail, I got another message that the voice mailbox was full. This is no way to run a business. There is still no evidence that they have done anything, and they cannot even answer their phone. My lawn is still an infestation of crabgrass and weeds, and they have the audacity to send me a bill?

I called them last summer, complaining of vast areas of bare ground where there should have been grass. They seeded and the seeds did not take. I called again in the spring and informed them there was still no grass. They said they would fix it.
Now, weeds, rather than grass, have appeared where the bare spots were.
And they had the audacity to send me a bill for services not rendered, which I refuse to pay.
I believe that all they do is pull up to the house, hang an invoice on the door, and drive away. I have called them numerous times complaining about the infestation of crabgrass and weeds in my lawn. They have a «blame the customer» attitude that is unacceptable.
