The Optical Shoppe

I am local, so I walked in to check out the selection. Was greeted by a very nice young woman. I found a pair of frames I liked & was able to make an exam appointment for the following day. I went to the appointment, the Dr was very nice. I was able to get my frames and glasses, I received a call Saturday that they were finished. After wearing my glasses for a few days, I decided I wanted another pair that were a bit lighter for watching TV. My original pair were a little on the heavy side but that’s because I decided on a gorgeous pair of Tori Burch frames. They were running a special buy one pair get a second 50% off, and since I had just gotten a pair they honored the sale. Very nice place, very nice people, & great selection of glasses.

The Optical Shoppe is the «Cheers» in the neighborhood of eyeglasses. A place where everybody knows your name. The staff here is unparalleled. I have been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. I would not go anywhere else. David is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to his products. He is friendly and more than willing to answer any and all questions I may have. Jamie is friendly and will always great you with a smile when you come through the door. Most importantly, you will never walk out the doors of the Optical Shoppe feeling anything less than satisfied and well taken care of. You can be sucked in by the false and misleading advertising techniques of America’s best and Lens Crafters or you can support your local businesses where you are treated like family, not a stranger.
