Mario is a weirdo. Crazy old man that talked shit to my wife and even my son. My wife ended up kicking him out of our house. Call someone else. This company sucks at customer service.

So far so good. Made an appointing met to repair our stove, he was on time and had the part on his truck. Reasonable prices but the stove isn’t working again for the same thing so I’ll have to update you with the warranty redo as soon as it happens.

Mario arrived on time and had the problem diagnosed within ten minutes. It’s hard to find quality people in the mountain area, but this outfit is top notch. I sometimes like to do my own repairs, but Mario’s price, efficiency, and professionalism makes it worth it to call him.

AMAZING! This place answered the phone on the second ring, promised to come by within two hours! He arrived 15 minutes EARLY, was very professional and neat in appearance! He checked my dryer, and in less than 10 minutes, had a diagnosis and a VERY reasonable estimate. He repaired the dryer, put everything back in place, and I paid him happily. I was drying clothes within 2 ½ hours of making the initial call! I HIGHLY recommend this awesome company. I will definitely keep their number!

The dryer goes out! Oh no! Don’t worry call Mountain Appliance Mario will get your wife back to work in hours. Super nice guy! Very efficient and knowledgeable. It took him less than an hour to fix and he had the parts needed. I was miss quoted over the phone for the diagnoses but was totally happy with the professionalism and glad to pay the bill. I will surely use Mountain Appliance in the future!

I’ve know Mario for years, and he is the best repair man I know.
We first contacted him years ago with a busted washer, he fixed it and gave us great advice on how we could easily fix it ourselves. We then contacted him again a few years later with another washer problem, and again an easy repair and advice.
I lost contact with him and figured he was now out of business, but to my surprise I found him again and was thrilled! In this case, his advice was to purchase a new washer, because a repair would be just as much as a new one. He suggested a couple of brands to look into, and the new washer I bought was less then the cost to repair the broken one.
He is very nice and friendly, and prompt! I would recommend him in a heart beat!

I reviewed this appliance repair team about 3 months ago (loved them). My update is to reinforce that good review. This time when I needed them (on the day after Christmas!), Mario took care of a problem at one of my rentals WITHIN 2 HOURS!
