this on line store sucks ASS i ordered 700 bucks plus and 1 item didnt ship with order with a value 29.00 bucks called customer service and they of the balls to call me a thief and i recived the part and was trying to steal from them dont buy from here i am now going thru the procces of diputing the charge with my credit card company as well as going to report them too BBB as well as the internet fair trade act and am considing small claims for all the bull there putting me thru

Everyone loves to post when they have bad experiences… not this guy. Dennis Kirk has been awesome! Ive ordered a few items, some rather pricey. and all items were fantastic. Shipping is second to none, 3 day at most. I love how they also send you the UPS tracking number so you know exactly where your package is. Forget these 1 star reviews. I ordered from a place called Jafrum and it was a joke, never again. Dennis Kirk will be my go to site without a doubt. Great place great shipping. Thanks for making me a very happy customer. I ordered a helmet. Needed a large size and picked one out. Got it within a couple days. All is good. Try it on and the strap is tiny??? Called to see what’s up — should it be like that? Did I order the wrong thing? Only got bitched at for asking questions. Okay, whatever, send it back and wait for a refund. Nothing. Call a couple of months later asking about the refund. They have no record. Got bitched at for not keeping the tracking number. Beware when ordering from this company. Poor customer service and they seem to have no problem ripping you off.

20 years ago I ordered a helmet that showed up broken, wrong size and wrong color. It was such a hassle returning it that I haven’t been back until now. Well I saw the«We’ll beat anyone’s price» policy so I called customer service and gave them the website of a tire that was cheaper and I was about to purchase. Customer service said they couldn’t do it in this case because the other company that sells the same product and has such listed on their website«is not Dennis Kirk’s competition». So another company selling the same product is not your competition? Keep your freaking tire. I now remember why I’ve avoided Dennis Kirk for the past 20 years.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! Who sets up a store that the salesmen can’t even write your order up? I walk into this«store» and within the first minute make eye contact with three«salesmen» NOT A SINGLEGREETING! Granted it was July 4th but still, if it had not been for the fact they were the only place somewhat close to me open I would have left with the $ 600 I planned on spending. After finding the helmet an jacket I wanted I set them up on the counter, ready to tell the sales associate the other list of things I needed. Only then do I find out that he can’t do anything for me!!! Tells me I need to go to the computer, look it up myself and use the phone on the wall. After that whole time wasting process, I go up to ask the associate about engine oils they offer because the website they use is extremely difficult to navigate and is laid out horribly. Finally the younger gentleman who works here helped out, he seemed to be more of a parts puller then a sales associate but he was 1000 times over more helpful then the other two. Seems like if your not a regular or a local the two older gentlemen could careless about you, more of a hangout than a store. Oh an can’t forget I asked for 20w-50, did I get it? No 10w-40. Dennis Kirk has definitely lost all future business of mine be it online or walk in.

Don’t order from Dennis Kirk! Wife ordered a sissy bar for Father’s Day as a gift and just prior to a trip. On Father’s Day I opened the box to find the box inside was already torn apart. Apparently this was a used and returned item. The screws were tossed in the box, the paint was all scratched and there was no way they didn’t know this prior to sending it to me. The box even still had the shipping label and date from two months prior when it was first returned! Upset about this, I wrote and called to the customer service dept. I spoke with a LeAnne who said the best they could do was not charge me for return shipping WTH! And no idea when they could replace the bar. I asked and emailed LeAnne several times and asked for a manager to speak with. No one ever called or contacted me. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

I’ve ordered more than I care to admit from DK. Prices are always fair and often on the low end. But best of all, being in MN, I can order on a Monday and get my part delivered on a Tuesday with standard UPS shipping. Their actual B&M store is a bit odd but easy to use as well. They have computers where you find your parts, tell the operator what you want and then it shows up at the counter a few minutes later.

BEWARNED. Ive bought many small items from this company which is normally okay. however I needed a tuner for my ECM this time around. The first arrived broken and the replacement screwed up my bike. When I sent it off to return I was then hassled by having to contact the manufacturer of the product for a Return authorization number that was then sent off to DennisKirk(Im soo happy i could do their job for them). It has been 7 weeks since I returned the item and still have not received a refund. Ive dealt with their slow and incredibly rude customer service for weeks now with the same answer«we have to wait for the manufacturer». The no hassle return policy is BS when it comes to electronics. They have essentially stolen my money and not even returned the defective piece of junk they sold me. Ive had to buy another item from a different company to get my bike up and running since this has taken so long. I will never do business with again.

While their prices and return policy are often the best, they have yet to honor their price-matching guarantee for me. I find this to be complete crap. Their excuse is that they can’t see the competitior’s website, yet they won’t just call the competitor to verify the better price. That’s obsurd and an example of unenthusiastic customer service. Their return policy(the fact I can return something without a ridiculous 20% restocking fee) is what prevents me from ending my business with the company.
