Who says you can’t get outstanding, personal service online? Janis Campbell Knitting Studio is proof that great business people are coast to coast and demonstrate strong customer service no matter where they do business!
I ordered some catalogs from Janis, and received them blindingly fast at my home across the country. Included in my order envelope was a personal note from the owner and flier with additional specials and incentives.
Unfortunately, one of the catalogues didn’t have the knitting instructions in it, so I emailed and received not only a same day response, but a replacement shipped within the day. Janis was super nice and responsive — sort of like having a virtual local yarn store.
