Freddo’s

We went in to Freddo’s to purchase some items and enjoy a sweet treat for a Birthday celebration.
The food items were good, the staff needs more training.
There were two young ladies there and the Dark haired, young woman is the one who took my payment. I asked her for a bag for the several items purchased and she said they only had plastic bags and refused to give me one. Very strange.
We had visited this location before and had been treated well. Not this time.
Aside from the poor customer service experience, it was a good desert. At .65 an ounce — it was good but a bit expensive considering the lack of service.
I don’t think we will be back. Strange to be refused a bag in which to carry items purchased. We had planned on purchasing more items, but did not due to the poor attitude of the cashier. Who, when we arrived was eating her Quiznos and had the entire place smelling awful.
In short, if you would like a dessert this is an option. If you are one who enjoys some customer service, I would avoid it.
