Janee is the most competent person working there! Make sure you record when you go on your phone somehow and when you leave or [if something happens] someone might try to say you weren’t even there. [I can’t say that for sure because that’s NOT what happened to us. There was an incident, my Husband’s account of what happened was completely different from the employee that was supposed to be looking after him and the Manager’s story changed several times during the conversation while attempting to discuss the matter.] Make sure if you pass out to call an Ambulance or the Police before you get up off the floor!!! If you do have an incident, make sure you video tape the entire ordeal or it’ll be your word against theirs and they will not hesitate to try to discount your side even when they can’t fully explain theirs. The owner is seems like an awesome person over the phone. She lives in TX so don’t look to see her or speak with her face to face. The manager is her sister. Had a GREAT experience until we had an incident. Of course, I don’t believe in giving my money to an establishment that doesn’t practice«the golden rule of Customer Service»… especially when my life could be threatened. Some of the personnel are [in my opinion] incompetent and I hope you don’t end up under her care. Don’t get me wrong, the place is clean and smells nice and they have some awesome products, but I don’t see myself going back unless I went when Janee was there!!! Good luck!
