The service time and order accuracy was horrible! Ordered queso and chips it was 20+ minutes before we got them. We ordered fish tacos, hamburger without peppers, shrimp Alfredo, bbq hamburger. The fish taco came out shrimp and the beans were ice cold, my hamburger had peppers (requested without) and the the other one did not have BBQ sauce and was burnt. This w

I normally don’t leave negative reviews bc I know how reviews can affect a company. But I think in this case maybe it will get someone’s attention who can do something about it. We love Chilis. But for last three times we have gone to the Ruston location the service has been horrible. Today we went back to try it again. It took ten minutes before Anyone took our drink order. When we finally got the chips and drinks the drinks were all wrong and very little ice. We asked for it to me corrected. After waiting and seeing the waiter several more times we decided to just leave. We paid for the chips but I refused to pay for the drinks. They offered free coupons but I refused those too. We won’t go back to that location. I should also say it was not busy at all.

Food was good, however the 2 star rating is due to the bartender never cleaned anything in the hour that my wife & I sat at the bar w appetizers, & drinks. The whole bar got nasty. Will be awhile before we come back to this chili’s, which is generally a good place to hang out.

This is based on to-go orders. Usually done in amount of time they say. But they skimp on to-go portions. I ordered fajitas once and they gave me about 5 pieces of steak and way too many vegetables. How are you supposed to make 3 fajitas with 5 pieces of steak? They occasionally screw up burger orders. They will also skimp on fries, meaning you need to pay more for extra. If I’m paying full price, give me the full amount of food.
I rarely have issues eating in. Service is good and portions are filling.
