Well I have found a better place to get my morning coffee and breakfast!!! I will no longer be going to this DUMP!!! I tried to continue going and complaining to the management but nothing changed. the owner does not read this because he is still getting his money. The managers don’t care and the assistant managers should not even be in the employed world!!! so long McDonalds on 167!!!

During the day, the service is pretty good, but at night all the employees invite their buddies to hang out and make a commotion. Also they do nothing about the loitering. Strangers stand in the drive thru line and ask me for money or a ride somewhere at night. Never fails.

Will not go back to the McDonald’s off 167 in strip mall. The beeper on the French fry machine is so loud you can’t sit and enjoy a meal it’s so loud it’s nuts. And I am not joking.

This place is filthy and the employees don’t care about customers. Top that off with a lady behind the counter trying to remind everyone that she is the«Boss». Poor management and absolutely filthy bathrooms!!!

This restaurant needs help. The drive through speaker is horrible! I can’t hear a word the person taking my order is saying. When I drive up and tell them about it the worker just shrugs and says that the speaker has always worked that way. Duh… Can someone report the problem and get it rectified? I’ve been here a few times where they were out of ketchup. How do you sell the so-called best fries but not have any ketchup to go on them? It just seems that no one really cares about this location. I hear a lot of McD’s will be closing in the near future… I wonder if this will be one of them. The only thing good about this location is the fact it’s conveniently located. If they aren’t slated to close hopefully they will get better. One can only hope.

Drive through service was quick and fairly easy. The staff person over the intercom was polite and nice. She read back the entire order to confirm it was correct, which it was. I came to the first window & paid a smiling person for my order, then proceeded to the next window. The pick up window was the slowest part but it only took about 2 minutes tops to have the food brought to us. The order was given to us exactly as ordered, without discrepancy. My husband ordered chicken nuggets and described them as, «hot & just like I would imagine them to taste.» Our daughter ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, plain, & described it as, «good.» She’s eight and not entertained by reviews on Unilocal by the way. Our foreign exchange student & I ordered a southern style chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were good but did not taste fresh but was at least hot. I admit, fast food is always a gamble because you never know if it is going to be made to order or at least fresh. The meal overall was great but my favorite part was the fries — they were both hot & fresh!

This is the worst of the 2 McDonald’s in town. The other barely gets 2 stars. Service is horrible. Food is sometimes cold. Ordered recently and half of order got cold waiting for fries. Only smart thing this location has done is add cones to prevent people coming in to drive-thru line from side road. Why do people even eat here?

The roof leaked on my hand as I ran my debit card. Rude service and wait time over 30 minutes. Had I not been a lost out of towner I would have searched harder for a better place to eat. Notice the cricket I took a picture of inside the restaurant.
