This wonderful lil store is like a ray of sunshine in a small, friendly town. The appliances are wonderful and the help is plentiful even if there’s only one person holding down the fort. I can’t say enough accolades about Matt and Paul. They make me want to come to the store over and over to purchase Kenmore Elite goodies for our new home. Their product knowledge is vast and if they come across something they’re not sure of they will happily research the issue and call you back. Now that’s what I call customer service! I might add that Mr. Adams and Vanessa are wonderful too! They installed my Kenmore Elite dishwasher without a problem and made sure I knew how to run it before they left. All of the team members at this location are professional and courteous. If you want to feel like royalty then visit this Sears Hometown Store today! Thank you all for helping me furnish our new home!
