Dirty and incompetent. I have to repeat myself a dozen times and their donuts (the very few they have) are so stale! The coffee is garbage…

I only go in the morning so my review is for that team. They are always pretty friendly here. I only gave 3 stars not because of the service, but because at least once a month I get double charged for my coffee. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!
I get the same thing every day and somehow I get over charged.
When you tell the manager, you would think «hell it’s only 2 dollars I should be able to get that right back.» WRONG! The manager tells you you need to come back tomorrow and get a phone # to call. When you ask for the owners #, he basically tells you to go eff yourself as politely as possible.
If it wasnt so convenient for me to go here, that alone would keep me from coming here.

Fast and efficient, they always get your order right and do it promptly as well. Staff is pleasant and personable. There is limited parking in the rear of the store since parking on Park Avenue is always a challenge

Been here twice now so I think I can give 2 stars with all honesty! It’s dreadfully slow to get served. I get the impression I am not being understood as I am asked the same qustions about my order multiple times. They are kind of friendly so this stops them getting 1 star. Their smoothie machine has not been working on the two occasions I have been in there. The place looks unclean and grubby too!

This dunking donuts is dirty. Garbage on the floor and tables are dirty. The girl behind the counter dropped food on the floor, picked it up and kept handling food with the same gloves that touched the floor. Nasty! Never again will I go in there!
Never a dull moment with this place. I have another chance because I was desperate for a cup of coffee. Again the same situation with these people. Can’t get the coffee right, donuts are stale and the employees don’t know English. The location was filthy. They need to be closed down! Seriously!

I’ve never been so irritated leaving this store. There were two other customers ahead of myself and this employee kept merging out order together. Every time she got it wrong you could tell she was getting more and more angry. She then took care of the first two customers before me, which I was okay with. But when she realized I still didn’t have my order she snapped at me and asked for my receipt (which she pulled out of my hand) and read one sandwich off it and dropped it too the floor. She was extremely rude and customers behind me could not believe her behavior. If I wasn’t in such a rush to get home to my daughter I would’ve called for the manager.

We went here at almost 10pm for a coffee and donut run… they were out of donuts. unbelievable!!! dunkin donuts without donuts… thank goodness they didn’t run out of coffee. I ordered a vanilla chai… ‘made me crave it for days.
