Great «bedside manner» Doctor that knows his stuff, friendly, patient, and informative.
Pros:
1. Dr. Katz takes his time to understand the issues, not rushing you in and out.
2. He is a smart guy and keeps things light and funny to ease the tension and nervousness (after all he is sticking cameras or scopes or vacuums in uncomfortable places sometimes)
3. Parking is available in the lot behind the office for free (kind of hard to find the first time)
4. Office staff are nice and friendly and it seems pretty easy to make an appointment.
5. They take Anthem BC/BS insurance
Cons:
1. The elevator is the slowest thing alive, find the stairs
