Used Rutherford Florist recently to send flowers for a Funeral. We had a special request and the new staff at Rutherford Florist were happy to do it! The new owners are sweethearts! Also, went to a 50th birthday party where they did the centerpieces, they were gorgeous and so creative! They are now my go-to florist! Give them a try!

The new owners are great! The arrangements are SO much better now! The designers there are top notch! Better prices too and as a bonus they are friendly!!! If you haven’t been there lately, I recommend you give it a try.

I ordered a couple of arrangements for a family member’s wake and the arrangements were beautiful, creative that were very full(not sparse). The new staff is friendly and the designers talented. So glad there are new owners of my neighborhood flower shop.

I recently heard these guys were under new ownership so I decided to give them another try and I have to say I couldn’t have been more pleased. My flowers were beautiful and fresh and just looked great. I know the old management was awful but this is a whole new place. I highly recommend them.

Guys, any reviews here from over a year ago are not valid. There is a new owner and crew. All very nice people. I’ve been here on many occasions and have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the good work!

New owner with beautiful design and flowers! She arranged centerpieces my wife’s baby shower and just went in for our first daughter’s baptism. She helps me with my budget and gave me ideas for each party.

BEWARE!!! What is up with this guy? I thought my dealings with him were over but apparently not! I just got a phone call from my mother saying that the owner of Rutherford Florist called. He knew my username on here and asked her to TELL me to take down my review as it was hurting his business. I’m sorry(sarcasm) but if you have 5 one star reviews and ALL of them say the same BAD thing, you obviously have the problem. Not us. I am not sure how this guy found my full name(my maiden name at that) and got my parent’s home phone number as a result but I am pretty sure that is really unprofessional and possibly illegal. If anyone knows, please contact me. I’d love to get this guy in trouble. Be careful with this guy! He obviously has a vendetta against bad reviews and will hunt you down to get you to take your review down. What a crazy! Not only did he tell my mom to tell me to take down my review but when she refused, he told her she«wasn’t very Christian» as a result. I am sure(sarcasm) insulting on a religious level makes you a good Christian. Ha! No. Guess again. I don’t even know what else to say. I am completely dumbfounded that something like this even happened.

I had a really positive review with this florist. I live in Boston and ordered flowers for a friend who lves in Rutherford. When I ordered the flowers I accidentially submitting my order form twice and was charged twice on my credit card. When I realized it a minute later, I began to write an e-mail to let them know. I hadn’t even finished writing the e-mail when someone who worked there called me and said that they noticed I made a mistake by ordering it twice and cancelled the second order. The flowers were delievered that day and I hadn’t heard from my friend saying that she received them. I texted her and she let me know that she was actually not at her house becuase she was recovering from surgery at a family member’s home two horus away. I called the florist to see what happened with the flowers, and explained the situation to him. He kindly gave me a full refund. I was really impressed with the customer service and would definitely recommend this florist.

I have lived in Rutherford for years and can’t believe these guys have survived. I went there a few weeks ago for a bouquet and boutonnière for our anniversary party. The owner is so rude it’s really unbelievable. If you don’t like people get out of retail. Even thou I had already said I was spending over $ 100, he answered his cell phone twice and interrupted me twice to serve walk ins. I will never, ever walk in thus door again, and have already told all my friends that they should avoid him at all costs. I always patronized kracke florist, and just didn’t know where to go since she closed. Go to poppies on the station circle. Everyone raves about them!!! Aain, he s a horrible, awful, rude man that doesn’t deserve your business

I had the worst experience ever with this florist. Not only is the owner rude and obnoxious but his arrangements are way overpriced and lack creativity. The common flowers that he used did not last more than a few days. I’d rather throw my money away than give it to that poor excuse for a business owner for his lackluster arrangements!

Today I will crush a florist, mercilessly, because a florist should be a calm, tranquil, happy sort of experience. It should not be a grumpy, combative dialogue. To wit: Our anniversary is today, seven years, almost completely highs with scattered lows mixed in for flavor. It has been a *really good* seven years. So, I went a little obvious and looked to get seven red, seven white, and seven pink roses sent to my wife. I chose the closest florist to her workplace, and immediately got Mr. Annoyed At Having to Take a Phone Order. I wish I had time to create a suitable backronym for asshole. He’s continually telling me to speak up. I’m not a quiet person, but I’m almost shouting at this man. Perhaps he’s deaf, but he’s not saying, «Could you speak up, please?» He’s say, «What!» Oh, I’m sorry, I’m about to spend over a hundred dollars on 21 flowers at your establishment. Pardon me for not glazing your waxened ear canals with 120 decibels of «SEVENWHITE, SEVENRED, SEVENPINKROSES» Yeah, $ 105 delivered. It would have been cheaper to go with ProFlowers or 1−800-Flowers or FuckinFlowersNow(Hudson, Essex, Passaic counties only, «Fuck Bergen» is their unofficial motto), but it had to be seven. I’m transmitting some meaning with the flowers, but this half-deaf combative turd is making me repeat the order six ways to Sunday. Wow. Even if the roses are so beautiful that she decides to ditch work and come home to throw me on the floor and… all right, if she does that then I’ll amend the review. If they offered custom orders online, maybe another star. For now, just shop at another florist. –#
