Vincent inspected a home for us last Sunday. He is very professional and experienced. The whole process took about 3 hours and he was very thorough during the inspection. He is also very honest and told us there is no proper way to conduct radon test when tenants are living in the house, because radon tests requires the house’s windows and doors be close for couple of days. He’d rather make less money than doing an inappropriate radon test. He sent us a report the next day and the report was well written. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and hired Vincent on the recommendation of our broker. Vincent had inspected my sister’s first house a few years ago and found an undisclosed oil tank under the driveway. I actually walked that inspection with him and remember a job well done. As during that inspection, Vincent was very thorough when he inspected the ranch in Bergen County we are under contract to buy. He was forthcoming with answers to all of my questions regarding the house in present condition, and all of my ambitious plans. The report was very thorough and professional, and was turned around in 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I am a first time home buyer and used Vincent for one of my inspections. One of my friends recommended three inspectors and Vincent was a little more pricier than the rest but she said he is very thorough. After watching Vincent do the inspection, I felt that i definitely got my money’s worth. Vincent is an extremely thorough inspector and that might be an understatement. My wife and I were close to closing down on what we thought was a beautiful house but Vincent was able to find serious hidden issues. It was disappointing that we didn’t close on that house but we are very appreciative that Vincent was able to help us make the right decision. He is probably a realtor’s worst nightmare and a future home owner’s dream inspector. But all kidding aside he was very thorough and knowledgeable and we will definitely use him again. Thanks Vincent!
