Day use park and part of Tulsa County Parks system. There is a boat ramp with the only wheelchair ramp I have ever seen for boat access. Some of the lot is paved and some shell. There is a good view of trees in White Water Park, where the eagles sit when there aren’t ORVs in use. Old 51, the road used to get to the park is in awful shape. It is good for boat launching, fishing, hiking and birdwatching. It is a small ugly park, no picnic tables, playground, or restrooms, but it has nice views of the dam and river.
