I stopped at the Saltwater Cowboy for dinner takeout. The place is seems more of a seafood restaurant than a fish market, which is an order at the counter place with ample table seating for dining in. The staff will bring your food out to your table. The back dining area has NY Yankees and Boston Red Sox logo imprints on the floor. They possibly could fit a NY Mets logo in between the other two imprints, j/k! They offer sandwiches, rolls, chowders, salads, sides, crab cakes, and seafood dinners(fish & chips, haddock, clams, calamari, shrimp, scallops, oysters, and lobster). The food seems to be moderately priced, not cheap, but not too pricey. Most sandwiches ala carte $ 6.50-$ 11.95, lobster roll is $ 14.95, add fries and slaw for $ 3 more. Most dinners(with fries & slaw) are $ 8.95-$ 13.95, some items are market price. The lobster tank look deserted with only one lobster sitting lonely at the bottom. Perhaps, they were almost sold out of the lobsters. I ordered a Fish & Chips Dinner($ 8.95 plus tax), which was ready to go in about 10 minutes after ordering. The amount of food was modest. The soft fish pieces were lightly breaded and not greasy. The handful of coated fries were very crispy and deep fried golden, not too greasy. The cup of cole slaw with chopped cabbage & hint of red peppers was very creamy and sweet, a wet texture. The food in general tasted good. NOTE: The parking in front and along the side of the restaurant seem very tight. CLOSED Sun & Mon
