Since there is no way to contact someone in the U.S. with your problems. Also no way to let a driver know that driving by the package destination. Pretending the address is wrong. Bringing it back to the depot is not good business. Seems like this is the best forum to let out frustration of lack of good customer service. Use to be a UPS driver was worried about not doing his job. Now he hides behind street addresses. I would have actually picked up the package if the driver didn’t want to lift it. The dealership that sent it out assured the address. Sent it in two days as needed. The UPS driver decided it wasn’t going to happen. Then the excuses started from a customer service clerk in Panama City, really. The same driver has been to the location time and time again. Where is the disconnect. He is constantly parked up the rode in a parking lot, hanging out. It may not be UPS that is wrong but this driver is not giving them a good reputation.

This particular UPS store is a very convenient and friendly store. The young lady who helped us was very friendly and courteous and it was an overall good experience :) not only were we able to have our items wrapped up but we were also able to print out our boarding passes. One stop shopping! I love it!

Rude, unfriendly and incompetent staff… and no privacy. I was using this store for their faxing service instead of my local Staples due to it’s proximity to my home. Unlike Staples where you are able to fax your own documents in private, at this UPS Store you must hand over your private and sensitive documents to a clerk behind the counter where he/she can look at it before they fax it for you, NOPRIVACY… and to top that off they are even MORE expensive and have missed pages while faxing, forcing me to re-fax entire documents twice. Stick to Staples for you shipping/faxing needs.

They claim to have the same prices as UPS but that is not true. They wanted to charge me $ 85 to ship a package. I took it to the actual UPS location and they charged me $ 50. Another time I asked for a piece of tape, maybe 4 inches long, and they said here was a fee, better to use the actual UPS center or Staples, which have better customer service.
