My elderly mother lives close by. Today she couldn’t start her car so Dave went down to help her. She thought she needed a new battery, and actually she does, but he jump started her car AND SHOVELED HER DECK so she could get to the car! She told him she would come in for a new battery and asked him how much she owed him for today. He said «we’ll take care of it when you come in.» Unbelievable! That’s what I call great service! I have taken my mother’s car to Vianor in the past and Mike has always helped me. It’s good to know that not only does the manager help you, but the employees are equally helpful! Thank you so much! I recommend you every chance I get.

I was up in Vermont for a ski trip and unfortunately one of my tires was flat. I took it over to Vianor and got some great help from Dave and the team. It turns out that my tire was leaking air through the air stem because one of the parts gave out. They were able to find a replacement part and change it in no time. I was about to drive back to NY so I was hoping that it would hold up on the 4 hour drive. The tire held up great on the drive and I’m so glad I stopped at Vianor to get it fixed right. If I lived in Vermont, I would surely return to buy a new set of tires from these guys. Highly recommended!!!

Great tire shop with amazing service & good prices.
So I apparently drove over a screw and it managed to lodge itself in one of my tires. I wanted to get the tire patched not just plugged and the first couple places I called in the area only did plugs. So I asked one of my coworkers who is a total gearhead & he recommended this place. I was not disappointed. They apparently even offer nitrogen to fill your tires with although I’m not totally sold on the idea. I will definitely be getting my snow tires from this place & all other future tire work.
