Our go too for gluten free bagels. But call ahead because they often sell out! Lots of other bagel options as well!

Lousy attitude and service. Feel like u r begging them to let u order and support the business. I hear Lenny is a good guy. His entire staff is beyond miserable. Enough for me to find a another bagel shop!

Love love love. Bagels are just the right amount of chewy. The tomato soup and grilled chesse sandwiches are the best lunches in the area. And it’s a great place for last minute office catering. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the staff has been when I’ve needed something thrown together on short notice. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been going to Lenny’s for years and it remains to be the only business in rye ridge that’s worth spending money at. Their food is amazing and always tastes fresh, which is obviously a common thought because there’s always a line out the door. However, that’s never been a problem as they are well staffed and efficient. Would recommend it to a friend.

I visited Lenny’s a few days ago and got a #9 turkey bacon, egg, gouda cheese on a poppy seed bagel. It was OK, however not amazing in flavor. The bagel did not taste great and lacked severely in poppy seeds. There was also not much gouda cheese — I had to look thoroughly to confirm there was some. Iced coffee was good, but was a majority of ice. I gave Lenny’s a second chance today by ordering the«my ex» bagel toasted(jalapeño and cheddar) with egg, pepper jack, turkey bacon and avocado. It was better in flavor, but I have not been sold on the overall experience. Bagel seemed off as well. Not sure what the deal was, seemed like it may not have been fresh. However Whenever I have visited they are always making fresh bagels. Most recent experience gas improved my rating from 2⁄5 to 3⁄5. Food is edible, but not great.

It just keeps getting worse. They keep going steadily downhill. Indifferent service, napkins and trash all over the floor and my grilled cheese came out not fully cooked. They put it in the microwave.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak for $ 9 and ended up with some beef and cheese on a small roll. Very disappointing.

I will start off by saying this used to be one of my favorite places to get lunch. USEDTOBE. After today, I will never stop here again unless it is to grab bagels quickly. Those are still good. I ordered a sandwich, like I’ve done several times here in the past and asked for shaved honey turkey on it and the girl taking my order gave me the blankest stare ever. You shouldn’t be making cold cut sandwiches if you do not know what the term«shaved» means but regardless, I then clearly said, twice actually, that I wanted her to make the turkey on the sandwich as thin as possible. When I got back to work not only were the slices of turkey as thick as possible, they were different colors. It was disgusting. Not sure if they gave me two totally different types of turkey or if one was old and they other new but I’m not risking eating old turkey. Sorry. So there the sandwich went, in the garbage all $ 8.00 of it. Not a happy camper right now, especially since I could have gone to one of the several delis in town and get an amazing sandwich, exactly how I wanted it for less money. I’m really pretty sad that the quality of food and customer service here has gone down the tubes.

Great place with great food and great people. People say the guys at the counter are some of the most knowledgable people in the business. I tend to agree. Boogers and cum

I love this place. Always have, always will. Memories of coming here with my parents for a bagel sandwich lunch, and now with my own family when visiting. I now live in Pennsylvania. Recently, I brought my new husband with me to Lenny’s. He bit into his first ever NY bagel and said«OMG, this is the best bagel I’ve ever tasted.» Well, yah! We will *always* come back to to Lenny’s. Usually stopping in during our visit but specially on our way out for a couple dozen bagels to bring back to PA with us to freeze and enjoy until our next visit back to NY. Thanks for being dependable, delicious and awesome. We’ll be back soon!

Lenny has great Bagels and are worth the wait on the weekends but if your going there during a week morning or god forbid lunch go somewhere else or you will waste 10 – 15 min just waiting. They have the most inefficient system. Instead of having a cashier that takes the order and rings you up and gives that order to someone else so she can take the next persons order and money, each worker takes your order then makes your food, then rings you up, sometimes 3 employees are waiting to use the register, or toaster! There is usually 4 – 7 people on line so if you just want a drink or chips you have to wait for all those people to order and have the food made and then pay before someone is available to just ring you up! I have complained and they just do not care how much of their customers time is wasted just standing there. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on!

Good spot for quick breakfast. I know what to expect, so I never get disappointed. They are quick and you can get bagels with eggs ready for you sometime in 6 – 9 minutes. One thing that they need to improve is the prices. After all, it is just basic products, nothing from far countries, or gourmet specials.

My husband and I love coming to Lenny’s for Breakfast. They make a mean bagel and they carry a wide variety of Toffuti Dairy Free(vegan) cream cheese, which they will top your bagel with! They also carry almond milk for your iced or hot coffee. It’s so nice to be able to go to a bagel shop and order a bagel with cream cheese on it when you are vegan!

Went today to purhase bagels. Customer service stinks and they want $ 1.00 extra to cut your bagel? Seperate line to order coffe? I realize it’s New York, but come on. Your bagels are decent, but you can never recover from terrible service. Once you learn that, your business will thrive.

Average on all counts… Years ago there was a long line too but everything was bigger and better. Bagels got smaller and I always feel rushed. Not a stop for me any more!

Decent place for breakfast, get here early or ready to face a long line. They are very efficient the food is good and they have seating inside. Lunch is also popular here, as the lines will attest.

This is a review for an order placed on Seamless and is focused on the awful customer service I received when my ordered arrived incorrect. I Ordered the Nova Scotia Package($ 40) for 1 lb of Lox and 16 bagels(what the website currently says) and I only received 11 bagels which was not enough to feed my 15 person office. When I called to complain later, the guy offered to send me 1 bagel to my office, citing that Seamless should have only offered 12 bagels with that package, and was 100% unapologetic about the mix-up. I told him he has lost my business and he said ‘Ok, thats fine’ and hung up. Unfortunately, while I love the Lenny’s that I frequent in the city and have typically found them friendly and reliable, I will not be counting on this location to take care of my needs for office breakfasts in the future. Who wants to deal with awful customer service like that?

I have been coming to Lenny’s since 1998. The quality hasn’t dropped one bit all these years. Big reason is Lenny still there every day. I gave it 4 stars because line can get really long and they only have one cash register. They should find a way to reconfigure the whole store to make service faster. The store next to them at one point was available. I was pretty sure they were gonna take it over and expand the business.
