The mortgage rep we used was helpful in getting the loan processed fast, but the company uses Total Mortgage as their backend processing and will likely sell off the loan and you have no control over who they sell it to. It has been a nightmare trying to clear up the transfer of the funds and Total Mortgage’s customer service is extremely unprofessional (hang up calls, sending someone else’s confidential information in emails, etc). Definitely suggest looking elsewhere if you want to protect your mortgage and credit rating and have control over who services your loan.
