In all my decades I have never experienced such an exceptional level of service and attention from a dentist’s office! It’s the people. They always take the extra time to explain what’s going on and allow for questions. A particular shout-​out goes to Ben Rudow who is extraordinary in his pursuit of patient well-​being and satisfaction. This includes personal next-​day phone calls to check on patient condition, to coming into the office on his day off to correct a non-​emergency but uncomfortable situation. The level of professionalism combined with genuine attentiveness to and concern for patients is exemplary in the industry in my long experience.
