the nannies do not get paid well, they are asked to lie to the parents, get a raise not by how good of a nanny they are but by how many get togethers they attend at the company.
the office staff at some of the offices do not put in all the information into the description going out to the nannies {like if the child is a special needs child}
The office staff lies to the nannies too.

If you love your children don’t hire this agency! The nannies are not trained well. Have no understanding of different levels of development and differences in sexes. They will only take care of doll like children that keep themselves quiet. If you child is not doll like you will get rejected after a couple of visits. The nanny’s that I got were really not paying attention to the instructions that I gave: my oldest child has difficulty feeling hungry, and never asks for food and will be agited if he does not eat. Most of the nanny’s did not try harder to give him his food, while I explicitly instructed. As a result I often came home to a mess (literally exploded downstairs living room and play area, had to clean for 2 hours, nothing tidied up), children stressed out, they got absolutely no guidance, they allowed the children to fight with each other, pull each others hair and not keep control, the nanny and children we in the parents bedroom and bathroom, while I explicitly said they had no business there at the beginning of the session. Find people who actually like children, look at the children and find out what your child needs instead of just sitting on the couch with a smartphone in the hand.
