Just moved to Westchester and surprised how hard it is to find a butcher shop that age steaks. Found this place on Unilocal and gave it a shot as wife and I headed up to the in-​laws. We picked up 2 aged bone in rib eyes and threw them onto the grill with some meat rub. They were just as good as any steak you would get in any steakhouse in manhattan. Awesome!
Oh, while we were there, they also brought out free samples of in house made ham and corned beed. Both were delicious. Can’t wait to go back there to try out other cuts.

One of the last old school butchers around. Will cut to order and find you most anything with a day or two notice.

Superior service! As some other reviewers said, this place is old school in the best way. The butcher chatted with us and gave us some great tips for cooking different cuts of beef. He seemed to know all the customers by name. While we were there a woman came in just to say how amazing the pork she bought there last week was. What a gem! We will be coming back for sure.

Excellent meat, with prompt and friendly service.
I bought some fantastic pork belly here to make bacon, the butcher was very helpful in making sure that I got it the way I wanted it.
I will definitely be going back in the future.

I don’t know about this other guy, but I’ve always been treated like royalty when I come here. I can always count on expert service and the highest quality of food.
Whenever I’m back in town, I make a trip over here to get sandwiches (which are far superior to anything I get in Manhattan or NJ), and if I’m driving, I make sure to bring home some steaks.
This is the place to go for both everyday meat like burgers and chicken and for special occasions — especially if you’re looking to impress someone.
If you make it here, try the Italian combo or the Roast Beef sandwich. Both are out of this world. The Roast Beef is the best I’ve ever tried and goes great with horseradish and cheddar.
As for steaks, I always go with a T-​Bone or NY Strip. Sometimes I have to settle with the tenderloin for my wife, but I could have worse problems…

Fresh, meats, poultry, fish, etc. Also they have prepared foods and deli meats. A nice place to stop and pickup a premade picnic lunch.
