Being going to this place for almost 2 years now. And I have to say the food has been getting better and better every time. There Pizza is amazing and I’m from NY so I know what a good zza tastes like. If your ever in South Pittsburgh Highly recommend.

Traveling through the area and picked Steverino’s based on the reviews. The appetizers were fabulous. Fresh not frozen mozzarella sticks. Each stick was at least a fourth of a pound. We ordered pizza. Great! Fresh toppings and loads of cheeses. Loved the chewy crust. The kids got the pesto pasta and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Homemade Alfredo and pesto. The service was great too! Truly wish we had one at home.

Really good pizza. Lucked out on this spot passing through. Will definitely come back. Never having been before, we called ahead and ordered a pizza for eating in. We have little kids and that limits the meltdowns. They were very accommodating and the pie came out quickly. Great beer selection as well. We ordered some beach bread and it was delicious. We’ll be back next time we pass through.

Traveling through and found on Unilocal.Called in a order when getting off I-24 and the pizza arrived 3 minutes after we sat down. Which was great as or little ones were hungry. Pizza was Delish! After looking at menu, ordered beach bread and it was skdo fantastic. Programed the number in my phone as this might be our 1st visit but surely not or last!

Definitely will make a point of coming back the next time we are traveling through Tennessee. The BBQ place we were going to try for lunch after visiting the Lodge Factory Store was closed temporarily due to water damage, so we went about a block away to Stevarinos instead. Very happy we did. The food was fabulous and is what warrants the 5 stars. Overall, the experience could have been a wee bit better, but the food was so impressive that I will not deduct for the minor issues. They serve a small round loaf of house made bread topped with a sprinkling of herbs. The bread was wonderful. I do wish they would serve it with a side of olive oil for dipping instead of the margarine it came with. Highly recommend the pizza. They make their own crust and it is baked in a brick oven; it cannot be duplicated at home or in a regular oven. Also recommend the sausage Hoagie. Didn’t ask about the bread on this, but it tastes like they make it in house. It had a large sausage, delicious marinara sauce, and mozzarella on the awesome bread which held up well to the end. As for the service, there weren’t that many customers in the place when we were there because it was a bit late in the lunch hour, but the 2 waitress seemed to be very busy anyway. Neither of them stopped working the entire time we were there, which is why I won’t fault our waitress for not taking our order as quickly as I might have liked. And the quality of the food made up for any delay. One general recommendation would be to change the confusing logo/image. Not sure what 2 leprechauns have to do with an Italian eatery… Initially chose to eat at the BBQ place because a confused Italian/Irish pub didn’t seem appealing, but thankfully ended up here because of the aforementioned issue.

This place was awesome. We ordered the Deluxe pizza, delicious. The buffalo spring rolls, amazing. Everything was very fresh. And the atmosphere is good. There is one side that is a bar and the other a restaurant. But the music was not loud. Perfect! If u r in town, come here!!!

Great local find in a quaint little town! The atmosphere is family friendly. My son loved coloring on the butcher paper on the table. The waitress was superb; our drinks never went dry and she was always in sight. The only downside was it was a bit of a wait, but it was homemade pizza and it was delicious. While your waiting try the mozzarella sticks, there are only 4 but they are the size of a Twinkie!

Went for business lunch and was impressed. Caesar Salad lettuce was cut into bite sized pieces. crisp, fresh. Flat Iron Steak was prepared perfectly as were sides, served in a professional, timely manner. But was the place, «as good as it gets» and deserving of 5 stars? No. Why not? Atmosphere. Wasn’t bad, and with a few minor changes could be terrific: Example, paper covering for tables.

Stevarino’s is located on the main street with green awning in South Pittsburgh. I have been there a few times and was there last Sunday around 3 in the afternoon with some friends. Parking is on the street but it is free so that is nice. They have a few outside seats but not many. Inside they have a big bar, high top tables and in the restaurant area they have booths and tables. They have TVs and it what I would consider a local family restaurant; not fancy but comfortable. The waitress was friendly and very customer focused. Place was almost empty. We had some draught beer(+1). Selection was not very good but it was beer. We also had an appetizer and it was also very good… I forgot what it was sorry. I should write these reviews right away. I will do better in the future. I will say this, I have been here before and they have the biggest Calzones I have ever had so if you like Calzones, give it a try. We had a couple drinks each and a good size appetizer and we split a 28 dollars between the four of us so not bad. I give it a 3+ and if you are in South Pittsburgh, I suggest you give it a try.

Not many places to choose from in the area so we picked the one that looked like an actual restaurant. Are we glad. Service was great, starting with the hostess promptly seating us to our server Marcus taking great care of us. As someone mentioned, the bread is great. The next great thing for a traveler is a lot of their pasta dishes come in regular or SMALL portions. No more carting half your dinner back to the hotel only to throw it away the next day.

A great find in South Pittsburgh! Featuring a cozy atmosphere on the Main Street, the Stevarino’s staff welcomed us in and promptly seated us. Glancing around I saw a gentleman with a huge dish before him. Upon asking I learned this was his usual, the giant calzone. This immediately became my choice, referencing the menu only for additional toppings. The mozzarella sticks were made from scratch and very fresh. Be sure to read Steve and Kerry’s story(on the menu). Definitely a place I’ll visit again!

I understand the better star ratings as there is not much to choose from in this small rating may not be fair considering we had sandwiches at an Italian eatery! We weren’t as lucky with the service either… our waitress had attitude and seemed to think we were a bother before we opened our mouths! We started with calamari which wasn’t too bad. The«prime rib» sandwich was average, onion rings not so good. My husband had the Cuban also average, now the pasta salad… something was bad wrong, taste like something had gone bad! My husband eats anything and he couldn’t eat it! We didn’t mention it because our waitress was already on edge so we just chalked it off our list! Next time we will listen to the locals advice and maybe just ease on down the road!

Chicken pot pie for $ 10, another $ 2 for house salad. Dish was quite service-able. No micro-brews on tap, but this is best spot to eat if you’re in this area. DC’s chicken Maria was a bit overcooked, but we’d come back. … 20-ounce Shock Top on tap for $ 4.25

This is a great little Italian place. We ordered take out pizzas last week and they were good… not amazing just good, my husband and I both felt they skimped on the toppings a little bit and that the crust could have been a bit more crispy. We also got a calzone(my personal favorite) and I feel it was better than the pizzas we got but they put Italian herbs on top… some sort of dried oregano blend I’m guessing, anyhow I am not a fan of oregano so that was a bit disappointing and next time I’ll be sure to ask them to leave it off. While we got our order to go the inside of the restaurant is cute and clean it would be perfect for a casual date night but I’m not sure I would take my toddler there for dinner it felt a little too upscale for her, although there were other kids there and they do have a kids menu. We will definitely be back probably often even if we opt for take out most of the time.

Yeah the beach bread is the bomb. Cute place. Great food, and why not an Irish pub and Italian eatery together. We just filmed there… so see for yourself!

I’d honestly give this place 5 stars solely based on service. I ordered chicken Marsala that didn’t quite meet my expectations(it was very bland with no sauce and sad, wet noodles). Our sever was very apologetic and offered to help us select something else from the menu. Not long after, what looked like the general manager or owner approached us and sincerely apologized and asked if he could get us anything else, so decided to try one of their pizzas. It was delicious! One of the better pizzas I’ve had for sure. Long story short; avoid the chicken Marsala and go for the pizza!

We came to Foster Falls and wanted a good place to eat and watch a game. We picked the right place! We came in 15 min before close and they were very friendly and kept the kitchen open for us! The waitress recommended the Buffalo Eggrolls which were amazing! I got the Cajun pasta which was okay but could be spicier. Everyone was very happy with their food and I was impressed with their menu and presentation for a ½ Italian ½ Irish pub in downtown S Pittsburgh TN!
