I’ve used this dry cleaner since it first opened and the owner has been very nice. One day he was really busy and he told me just to leave my shirts on the counter and they would be ready the next day after 5pm. BIG MISTAKE. The man lost 6 of my husbands shirts and he keeps telling us he will look for them and call us. We have been in there 4 or 5 times asking about this. He has made no offer to do anything to satisfy us and so basically we are out 6 nice dress shirts and the need to find a new dry cleaner. I am very disappointed in how this was handled. If you do use this dry cleaner be sure to DOCUMENT EVERY TRANSACTION and I would have them put how many shirts you left on the receipt. I see now why he would not do that. No accountability.
