Dr. Justin Barnett was patient explaining the process and did a very thorough exam of my eye balls. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. We really liked the service we got. The receptionist was nice too. He used state of the art technology and provided us with a copy of our prescription. We will definitely be back!

My family has gone to Sachse Eye Associates for several years now. Dr. Barnett and his staff are very friendly, informative and helpful. The main complaint I have, and this will probably lead me to trying some other recommended eye doctors in the area, is that they hardly ever call to tell you when your glasses or contacts have come in. It is as if they have your payment and it is your problem to figure out when your prescription is in. I don’t understand why they don’t extend this simple courtesy to their customers.

Dr. Barnett & staff provide excellent service and he genuinely cares about his patients. I’m so glad they are in Sachse! :)
